We urgently needed to carry out some repair works on our leaking roof and I consulted the internet since my usual general contractor was not in town.

I was initially skeptical as I had not sourced a contractor online before, however, I proceeded because it was an emergency. I narrowed the search to Ra-V General Construction Corporation after reviewing their past projects and reviews from past clients.

To my surprise, RA-V did very professional work and they delivered before the 2weeks we initially agreed on. I also like the manners of the workers and the way they complied with basic safety requirements.

I strongly recommend them to anyone.

My project was rather complicated because access to the back of my condo townhouse is very restricted and also because it is on a slope beside a ravine. Removing old lumber and bringing down large quantities of patio stones and river rock required navigating 2 flights of steps because there is no access for large mechanical equipment. The worksite was left in a safe and clean condition at the end of each workday.

The work was done with great care and to my satisfaction. Throughout, he was forthcoming about his schedule and encouraged my review of the work. He was always very courteous and very pleasant to work with.
